I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University. In 2018, I received a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Chicago. My research interests are in international security and comparative politics of South Asia with current work focusing on counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, drone warfare, state-armed group politics, and South Asia security issues. Some of my research has appeared in or is forthcoming at International Security, International Studies Quarterly, and Security Studies. My research has been supported by the Pearson Institute, Nicholson Center, Division of Social Sciences, Committee on South Asian Studies at the University of Chicago and Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation.
