I am a Postdoctoral fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University. I defended my Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Chicago in August 2018. My research interests are in international security and comparative politics of South Asia with current work focusing on counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, drone warfare, and political violence. Some of my research has appeared in Security Studies and is forthcoming in International Security. My research has been supported by the Pearson Institute, Nicholson Center, Division of Social Sciences, Committee on South Asian Studies at the University of Chicago and Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation.
